The Oaks of Buena Vista hosts at least 1 neighborhood yard sale every year. All residents are welcome to participate. Dates for neighborhood yard sales will be posted on our website and on our Facebook page. The HOA board will collect names and addresses of those who wish to participate and file for a yard sale permit with the City of Prattville on the neighborhood's behalf. The City of Prattville requires a permit per city code (see Documents). Please email hoaoaksofbuenavista@gmail.com to sign up for the next neighborhood yard sale.
