Pavilion

The pavilion at the front pond is available to all homeowners to use for birthday parties, cookouts, or other celebrations. Because the pavilion is located close to other homes, we ask that everyone be respectful during their event. â€‹

Ponds

The neighborhood has 2 ponds: 1 near the front entrance and 1 off Old Mill Way. These ponds are for residents only. Fishing is allowed by residents only, and any fish caught should be released. Do not throw trash into the ponds. If trash from a homeowner's event is found in the ponds, the homeowner will be responsible for cleaning the pond of debris.

Pond & Pavilion Rules

  • The pond and pavilion are for residents only.

  • The pond is catch and release only.

  • No fishing allowed behind residents' homes.

  • No swimming is allowed in the pond.

  • All children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times.

  • Dogs are to be leashed at all times.

  • Homeowners must clean up after their animals.

  • Homeowners are responsible for cleaning up after events and will be held responsible for any trash or damage to the pond or pavilion.

  • All trash from events should be hauled away by the homeowner.

  • No parking allowed on the grass around the pond common area.

  • The pond and pavilion are under 24 hour video surveillance.

 

Destruction of HOA property will result in fines and legal prosecution. All events at the pavilion are to be approved by the HOA by emailing hoaoaksofbuenavista@gmail.com

Security Cameras

There are 4 security cameras located throughout the neighborhood: 1 at the front entrance, 1 at the Vintage Way entrance to the pond, 1 near the roundabout, and 1 at the end of Buena Vista Way. These cameras are for security purposes only. Footage is only pulled from the security cameras in the event of a robbery, burglary, stolen property, or other serious incident that would otherwise involve the police. Camera footage will not be accessed for minor issues such as speeding cars, loose animals, etc. All non-emergent issues should be reported to the City of Prattville Police Department Non-Emergency line at 334-361-9911.

To access the security camera footage, a formal process will need to be followed. Please stay tuned for more information regarding requesting security footage.
