Purpose of the Board of Directors
The Board of Directors handles all financial and administrative tasks as it relates to the homeowners association. This includes receiving, depositing, and recording dues, enforcing the covenants, issuing letters and/or fines for noncompliance of neighborhood covenants, coordinating lawn care and maintenance for common areas, holding elections for board members, coordinating any special events, and coordinating and implementing any special projects for the neighborhood.

Please be respectful of the HOA Board of Directors. Our Board is composed of volunteers who have full time jobs, families, etc. Board members are not required to respond to unofficial communication via text, messenger, etc. If you need to reach a board member, please email hoaoaksofbuenavista@gmail.com. We make every effort to respond within 5-7 business days.

Facebook Group
Our neighborhood maintains an active Facebook group that allows neighbors to easily communicate with each other. This page is monitored by the current board of directors. This page is for homeowners and approved tenants ONLY and those requesting to join the group must answer questions proving their residency before acceptance.
